Default DAY FROM HELL THANKS TO SHELLY MOTORS

Took my car in for a service at SHELLY motors in Epsom to get alerts from the tracker company saying that my car was speeding around so then check the car cam to see my car being driven like it is being joy riding, doing 71mph in a 30mph.
So ring the dealer to speak to service manger for him to say what do you want me to do about it.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM SHELLY MOTORS EPSOM

Tell the service manager you have evidence of them speeding in built up areas and you are going to contact the Police....See what he does then.

Strange how someone would do that knowing there was a car cam in the vehicle.

But SHELLY motors say that England has a 70mph speed limit but had to explain that was on the motorway not on a street, then then I said I did not like my car being ragged he said it is built to do it lol
So does that mean that is ok I think not

If you take this lying down then you need your head looking at.

Trading standards/C.A.B/police would be my 1st visits made

Email them that still shot and tell them you will be contacting the Police because you don't appreciate your car being driven at those speeds in built up area.....Just see what you can get out of them..

Mate I would do them straight, tell the police, trading standards etc. Whoever drove ur car, get their licence taken away or even points with the evidence you have.

Cleary they are taking you as a joke so give them something to fear.

Another reason not to use main dealers where the immature ***** see the odd fast car and can't help themselves!

The beauty of a specialist is they see these cars all day every day and they don't feel the need to "see what it goes like"

All you pay for is a stamp when you go to main dealers

You've got to go to the police. With the evidence you have, they'll have to follow it up some way.

In the meantime, get it on YouTube, share it on ALL the local forums and report it to Kia and Subaru UK and the local newspaper (they might love covering a "franchised dealer speeding horror show" story) - they probably won't do anything but you can at least take some comfort that the smart **** manager might get a bollocking for it.
