Question

Looking for a decent website that can quote for a 1989 911 Carrera Super Sport - anyone have recommendations?

Thumbs up

FootmanJames and suggest you check out a 911 bbs or the Porker owners club as they may well have a deal or good rates

Although some insist German cars need to be at least 20 years old.

Thank you all,

Obtained a £250.00 less quote with Peart Associates and have emailed Footman James and Adrian Flux for comparisons.

PS My old Evo6 GSR (standard) was costing me £2,100 per annum, but my replacement (1989 Porsche Carrera Super Sport) is about £1,000 - I hope to get the 911 on a classic style policy with a limited mileage of 6,000 per annum.

Another vote for Footman James. A couple of years back I had an open 10 seater Daimler 5.4 Straight 8 (1948 vintage)and limited to 3000 miles per year cost £58 comp. Couldn't believe my luck as she was an absolute beast to drive but wonderful fun! David

could be worth giving Liverpool Victoria a call too (0800 607607). I was getting quotes for my 944 T of £1100-1200. LV insured me for £650, including trackday cover. This is just a normal policy, not limited mileage etc.
