I have an interview for an internal promotion for a job i really want, except i suck at interviews, can anyone please give some help/advice/questions/tips? or point me to a good site. The job is at a supervisory level but im told that that as its a team of 2 the questions wont be relating to supervising people more of a technical nature.
Its for a fraud department of an insurance comapny dealing with investigating misuse and fraud

I'm the wrong person to be asking as I always **** them up but I too need advice. Just had a phone call inviting me for an interview. It's an ideal company, IT programming and it's local.

I've been jobless for months now, I need this so any advice How do I cover up the smell of desperation?
