Red face

I agree with their reason but am wondering if they are going to pay my fines for late credit card payment and sort out the electricity when I get cut off for not paying the bill I didn't receive!

Don't help me with the bits I have been buying via post recently either!

Doh..

When you no longer get any junk mail landing on your mat

lol..

It was not on the main news websites when I looked yesterday but on the local news website it was mentioned so try going to your ITV broadcaster website..

I believe it is something like Milton Keynes, Dartford, Essex, and parts of Kent at the moment.. but that is from memory which is never best.

Look on www.royalmail.com under customer news I think.

It also says that they agreed to Strike in reaction to the offered 14.5% wage rise? This seems a very generous raise to me?, or am I missing something?

Pay them a living wage! funny how we can afford to spend 3 billion bombing Iraq, and then 1 1/2 billion to rebuild it again, yet we can't pay a living wage to our postmen? Personally I would sooner walk the streets than do that job though!!

Hasn't the Post Office been Privatised now?

So Government has nothing to do with their wages anymore?

Not that I'm biased by my business having around £20k in receivables "cheque in the post mate" but I say to the workers - "you have a choice". Sack 'em all. If you don't want the job at the wage offered, do something else.

Royal Mail is one of the worst businesses in the UK. If the "workers" don't realise that they're accelerating its demise through their action, more fool them.
