It seems a touch extreme, when I'm sure that the Atkins diet would have worked!!!

That said 4 stone in 44 days!!! I could do with losing a couple of stone, so I guess it's just water for the next 22 days for me!!

Oh and I won't let anyone test the water, I don't want anyone finding out about the gulcose in it!!!!
