British public, how stupid ?
#1
Just read the thread about Marky San getting stuff dropped off a Motorway bridge onto his car, lucky not to be hurt, but its just another example of how stupid the British public can be, come on lets have some examples of other charming things that people do.
How about,
Throwing litter out of a moving car
Driving whilst texting on a mobile
Letting their dogs **** on the pavement and not clean it up.
Spraying their stupid names on walls
Smoking 40 **** a day and moaning about having no money
Making public loos a no go zone

throwing litter out of a car....
1) wait til they stop
2) throw it back into the car
3) look at them like they are natural prey
4) they never do it again

Good for you ajm. Bizarrely, my mother-in-law (5 ft 2ins) did this to a bunch of louts at a set of traffic lights on the A3. Risky, in my opinion, but they couldn't belive it, ate humble pie, and drove off (with the litter).

yeah, but she is a mother in law! - no contest there!
seriously though, fair play to her! I often wander at the mentality of the feckwits that chuck their litter out of the car in full view of everyone. Not only is is a sign of disrespect for the law and the environment, but it is a sign of disrespect towards all those onlookers towards which they have already made the assumption that you will just sit there and not wnat to get involved.
Shock news for you scum people, we do want to get involved and we relish the next time!!!!

Think i posted this story before but nevertheless
there was this middleage hoity-toity looking woman eating an apple on the train, then when she got down to the core, she chucked it under her seat.
The train was quite busy, so i thought it would be funny to embarass her over it, so i said "Excuse me, but i think yuo've just dropped something" loud enough for a good 50 people to hear.
she went bright red. (lol)
anyway she then looked away, at which point i thought it fitting to ask if she throws apple cores under her settee at home??
i dont know why i got so annoyed, but there are few things that get my goat on the commute to london.
a) people chucking fast food wrappers/apples etc on the floor aftre they have eaten.
b) people putting feet on seats
c) people smoking on trains (yes, they still do!!!)
other then that, i enjoy the journey!!! - not.

Was going down the A14 towards Cambridge on Friday in the works van about 75ish overtaking a lorry. Get this hire van right on the towbar behind me, *** paper away from the back end. I pull in once past the truck and the van is way back, same thing next time I overtake a lorry, third time he does go past, not only with his phone to his ear but also reading the sun newspaper. Short while later he must of finished reading it as it was chucked out the window.
Nice bloke.

I leave my litter on the train. The basis for this being there are no bins on the train and there are no bins at the station and there is a limit as to how far I'm prepared to carry used cans, banana skins and crisp wrappers! (Yes I know why there are no bins) When Connex trains stop at the London termini cleaners get on and clear out all the rubbish in big bags. As for shoes on seats I also do this but only on the old trains. I consider that as the trains have been about for 40 years, my clean shoes aren't going to make a huge amount of difference.

the british public is on the whole a VERY stupid animal!
dealing with thick people is an occupational hazard the most of us have to put up with and i have often wondered if i'm that thick when on holiday etc , and i don't think i am ! we get people coming up and asking for 30 pence pieces , i mean for fu*ks sake !
