My comapany has been asked by the Airport to provide a CRC (Crimainal records check) for each person holding an airside pass.
Now my compny also want to keep a record of this on file and update this every year,
So question is under the DPA are they allowed to keep this on file ?????
and for a laugh u wanna see what u can get away with and stil hold an airside pass, u can sh@g sheep or any animal, commit buggerey and even be a bigamist...what is this world coming too.....

Yes they are... they are allowed to hold information on you as long as it is pertantent to your job and the operation of the business.
The DPA ensures that you have access to this information and able to ensure that the information is correct.
The DPA also covers who is allowed to access the information and how it should be used (part of the registration process).

How would he know who is able to access this information at your work?
If you look at the registration documents filled in by your company you will get an idea who is allowed to look at which information stored about you.
There is a link on the website to the DPR.
