She wants about 500 SMS’s per month, so she probably needs a text bundle to add to her monthly payment.
Where in the UK either internet or high street are selling the best deals at the movement

O2 online is pretty good tariff wise. Depends when she wants to use it. If only off-peak then:
Online 0ffpeak 500 - 500 off peak mins + 50 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £20 pm
Online 0ffpeak 750 - 750 off peak mins + 35 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £25 pm
****Bear in mind any calls over the xnet anytime allowance will be charged at full whack so I guess this comes down to how much u trust her if your paying the bill****
Otherwise:
Online 50 - 50 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £20 pm
Online 100 - 100 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £25 pm
Online 200 - 100 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £30 pm
Very good deal on texts which is what youngsters tend to use most.
Handset is £129.99. Does she want it for the camera? If not try the S300 which has more features but no camera and is a lot lot smaller.

BTW the S300 is free on the above O2 tariffs.
I would say dont use Singlepoint (Phones4U) but I dont think they do the V200 on any network other than T-Mobile.

Thanks for the reply
She wants cross network and anytime, so this one looks the best for her
O2 online 200 - 100 xnet anytime mins + 500 texts per month for £30 pm
She does want the camera so its got to be the Samsung V200.
So who is selling this with the most extras and give a ways etc on the internet or high street?

The problem you have mate is that the high street shops will give you good deals on the handset but you will be very lucky to match the online tariffs. For example my S300 was free (this was 3 months ago) but I pay £35 on 02 for 250 xnet mins and only 50 texts.
It evens itself out. The money you save on the handset you will probably pay back over the year in extra tariff cost. At a quick glance most places that offer it free want a £50pm tariff. So £20 extra a month (over a £30pm tariff) is £240 more a year just to get the hanset free.
