reminds me of the one we had the other week, idiot parked half on the pavement, half on the road - needless to say it caused a huge traffic jam behind it, loads of complaints wre made strangley enough & it made the front page of the local newspaper too

Looks like the Dual Carriage way between TGI Fridays and the BMW Garage.
You would be heading in the direction of the BMW garage by the looks of the piccie!!!
On a second look I think I may well be wrong as I can see the BMW Sign in the background!!

have you tried to email the pictures to a tabloid, they are jumping on these like a shot and paying a small finders fee..
Think it was the sun, cant be sure (as i dont read it
)
Also, if you really want a laugh, phone your local constabulary and ask if its illegal to take the photo and give it to the press, best to use a public call box because the response is quite amusing...(well it was in hampshire)

Btw, these photos were passed to me by a colleague. The papers have been informed and the photos have been forwarded to the police with a message of complaint.

Or Call the Police, tell them there is a suspicious van with a man in it with what looks like a gun of some sort pointing it at traffic
