BUt Stephen ~ that's what this forum is all about ..... being mates and talking to each other. Give people credit, if they seek advice don't most people refer to pals in the first instance then to make absolutely sure if needs be, they then approach the legal eagles? Do you really think that the people on here actually act on the advice given on here ? Come ON , we know when the chips are down we do it the right way.
Don't worry, we won't be putting you out of business !

Question

So I suppose no-one should give advice in the technical forums either, as mechanics and technicians have had to work hard to learn their trades? I think most people are glad to give others the benefit of experience and knowledge they may have. If it bothers you that much, turn your PC off.

I hope you've never posted on here asking for any advice or even read anything on here that was remotly useful to you in light of your statement. If you have then send the person who gave the advice you benefited from an email asking how much money they'd like for it.
Either that or try adding to the community by giving the benefit of your expertise.

Stephen,
Pity you never spent much time on the spelling part of your education. Advise is not the same as Advice.

Unhappy

To be fair to Stephen he says he's dyslexic.

To be unfair to Stephen he is asking for it by making such a crappy comment- personally if I felt like that I'd keep it to myself and just not give any advice.

The idea of a form is to exchange views and advice. The advice given here often conflicts anyway! OI doubt many people act on it, they just use the advice here to consider whether to take their battle further and if they do they then appoint the relevant professional.

In fact it might be that there is more work for the professions as a result of people taking action on things they would have just ignored.

Hello

Looking at the time that was posted, maybe he was slightly worse for wear?

Stephen: Everybody has studied hard, whether it be at University or in life. And it's good that MOST people are willing to share that experience. I hope that you never ask a question here.

Steve.
