Looking for a sub £400 digital camcorder/camera

Priority is camcorder as I want to film trackdays(so needs to be able to film for around 15mins) but also have the ability to stake half decent stills.I know I'm not going to get cutting edge at this budget-any suggestions?

Hello
I have a Canon Ixus-400. It takes brilliant still pictures, and okay video, but at low resolution.
You will find that most (cheap) Digital Video cameras take bad quality stills.
You take your choice ... etc.....
