Well I quite like it, wouldn't turn it off if it was on the radio. I wish the band I played in at that age was 1/8th that good.
Mind you my wife says my misical taste is Cr@p.
Doesn't anyone else have an opinion?
Good luck to them.
Cheers
Andy

Better than busted but a bit too formulaic and the intro needs to link better to the rest of the song with maybe a bit of snare at 6 ish seconds and then the bass and drums coming in with out such a gap from the end of the intro riff to the main guitar in the tune.
The guitar is not quite clear enough when the vocals start and needs to be played so the notes and melody can be heard a bit better. The beak down to the bass is a little to slow and after the first few bars the guitar solo seems a bit random and badley thaught out and the notes in it need to be played better as some notes seem to get lost in a mission to play to fast.
It does sound like these kids were into offspring and green day but they still manage to be a bit original.
Overall it is pretty good and much better than anything I've heard from a band so young. But remember that in modern music time is important and long intros are for established artists.
Not one hundred perdent sure on the vocals but at fifteen with practise the strength of his voice should grow and he can keep tune properly which is better than most.
I don't think you should have mentioned the age of the band in the post as not many would have guessed.

Forgot to add that this is just my 2 pence I'm not an expert or anything but have played the guitar a little so notice that more than anything else. I also try to criticise as just saying its good doesn't really help much. One more thing this that the ending could be a little more concise

ta for the comments the name is just there as a name at the moment so they have something to be put down on stuff as rather than just that rock band lol
yeah with my bro's voice we are trying to get him singing lessons but its just the finding time/money really.
that song was recorded in just 2 hours really and was the first time they have ever recorded anything
