I want to learn something new, but haven't got time to go to night school or anything, any ideas? Preferably I'd like to learn something that would allow me to earn some extra cash.

Sensible suggestions welcomed

Learn another language and see if you can do some basic translation? Should take about a year if you do a few hours a day, and even if you can't get any extra work it will be good to know

learn to drug old people slowly, gain their trust, and then mug them off for their inheritance...

ps: see if you can get into PS Lewis' nursing home.

All great suggestions, however:

a) my street walking days are over, I ain't going back to no pimp

b) I was learning to play the guitar, but thanks to slicing a big gash and severing the nerves in the top of my left index finger, my dreams of stardom have been dashed forever

c) see a) as for my aversion to ping pong *****.

d) hmm, foreign language might be good, I know bits of French, Spanish and German.

e) poisoning old folk, eh? Here you are Mr Lewis, a nice bowl of porridge. Now tell me, do you keep your will somehwere safe? Would you like me to look after it for you?

Anyone got a few more sensible ideas?

Nah. Attaching it should be easy - it's quite sticky, you know.

Why does it have to be a new skill?

Just use a skill you already have.

Buy a cheap transit van(PS I have one of these K reg £1300), sticker it up with LOCAL DELIVERIES and park up outside Ikea on Saturday/Sunday.

You will make a mint, have you seen how many hundreds of people buy massive flat packs and try to squeeze them into their little runarounds.

And thats where you come in.

On the subject of selling your body, I heard a little rumour that last time you did this you came home with £40.50p.

When your better half asked you who gave you the 50 pence, you replied "they all did!".

Mark0 - Do you put it straight on the screen or go for the floppy drive?

Firewire might be an option, but it sounds a bit painful
