Would you not be better off with a detector instead ?
Something like the Bell 550 or Valentine 1
I'm interested in something like this at the minute myself but you always hear different reports on which ones actually work.

I "may" have one - SLD920 - only gone off once in 9 months and it was dark so couldn't see anyone, however added to the Road Angel and the Snooper it's more tricky to collect any more prizes (that's what p****ts make isn't it ?)
Downside is the inital outlay..vs fines and insurance.
Baz
P.S. This reply in no way condones driving in excess of the speed limit - it does complain bitterly about cunningly placed cameras just across changes in limits.

The problem with a detector is that once it goes off the poilce have already got your speed (if they are using a laser gun - which most of them do now), plus it dosent go off every 5 minutes.
I`m not sure about the legal side of things.

A friend of mine fits a front and rear laser jammer and Geod GPS system for £1400. This unit jams the police radar until you switch it off, it gives you time to check your speed. Nice piece of kit.
Mail me if you are interested.
