Sleep on your side or stomach.

Don't get rat-faced so often.

Talking

Polythene bag over the head and sealed at the end with an elastic band. Guaranteed to cure snoring

Said without prejudice or wanting to cause offence, losing weight is one thing that helps. The heavier you get the worse the snoring, so the inverse must be true.

Reasons which can make you snore :

a) overweight
b) drunk
c) loose nose cavity walls
d) blocked nose
e) pillows too high, thus narrowing the breathing tubes.

Depends on what is making him / you snore as to what you can do about it. If it's every night without fail,a doctor's appt may be in order...

I take it thats not for 'Chelle, but for the person complaining of the snoring

LOL@Sonic....it is not my snoring that is bothering me or anyone else.

I am the one who can't sleep due to the irritating sound of continuous snoring night after night after night.

In fact, I sleep better on the couch with music on very loudly or the TV on very loudly all night for some reason!!!!

However, I am not denying that I snore....I am worse when my asthma is bad and I have a cold. Still doesn't bother me though as I am usually asleep when I snore.
