Polythene bag over the head and sealed at the end with an elastic band. Guaranteed to cure snoring :D

Said without prejudice or wanting to cause offence, losing weight is one thing that helps. The heavier you get the worse the snoring, so the inverse must be true.
|
Reasons which can make you snore :
a) overweight b) drunk c) loose nose cavity walls d) blocked nose e) pillows too high, thus narrowing the breathing tubes. Depends on what is making him / you snore as to what you can do about it. If it's every night without fail,a doctor's appt may be in order... |

LOL@Sonic....it is not my snoring that is bothering me or anyone else. :p
I am the one who can't sleep due to the irritating sound of continuous snoring night after night after night. :p In fact, I sleep better on the couch with music on very loudly or the TV on very loudly all night for some reason!!!! |
However, I am not denying that I snore....I am worse when my asthma is bad and I have a cold. Still doesn't bother me though as I am usually asleep when I snore. ;) :D
