Try something like GFI Fax (http://www.gfi.com/) or ZetaFax.

Worth investing a decent modem though. GFI recommend the MultiTech 56k - they are expensive at anything upto £100 but give far better results than faffing with an unbranded 56k PCI for £30.

Hi there,

You will need a "device" that is capable of fax transmissions... ISDN devices and routers dont support this directly.

Try getting something like a brooktrout ISDN fax card...

Depending on what your current mail/desktop enviornment is, there are several choices out there.

try:

Talking

I want to set up a fax server on my network, so that if I print a document to a printer it sends it as a fax.

Anyone know of any software?

Cheers

Steve

My vote goes to winfax, implemented it on several sites no complaints.
