I m flying out of Gatwick next week and have noticed it is conspicuous by its abscence in all the news bulletins about enhanced airport security.
anyone live round there and can confirm whether the police and troops are deployed there too?
if I was a terroroist I d avoid Hthrow and head straight for Gatwick with my sam7 as it stands....

I'm flying into Gatwick on Saturday morning, so I'll be looking out for some flashes on the ground, then kissing my @rse goodbye 
They mentioned just about every other airport on the news bar Gatwick

I was having this conversation with a mate yesterday...he said, no doubt all the rest of the airports are doing the same thing all over the place but in a low keyed way. I replied what with unmarked Tanks?
