I think there's gonna be some whingeing going on...
Its time they introduced crash damage to the cars - they simply bounce off each other still, which in this day and age is a little old-school.
The next version (a derivative of GT3) is reputed to be a multi-player / broadband deal, taking GT3 in the Quake3 Arena kind of stakes (but without the rocket launchers...)
Sony UK have signed up with Telewest / Blueyonder amongst others which is GOOD news - my Telewest cable internet is fantastic!

I agree....it’s so annoying to see your car bounce off after skidding 150mph into the wall, of course I never do that....I've only witnessed them
Unfortunately until car manufactures accept crash damage, car games will stay the same. bouncy bouncy!!!
It’s only games which use ‘non consumer’ cars do you then see crash damage i.e. TOCA, Rallying......but I want it in GT3!!!

Roadrunner,
Agree mate, but that tide IS turning - a lot of the new racers demoed at E3 trade show DO show crash damage - eg. Metropolis Street Racer / Gotham City Racer, Stuntman, etc... so lets hope Digital Polyphony jump on that bandwagon too - it would make the game near perfect!
