Strange how nobody even bothers to talk about them any more 
However I heard on CH4 news that Fire Fighter strikes may be made illigal in the interests on National Security
About time too IMO

Personally i think they always got a good deal. They can become Snooker champions in the day and can do some mattress testing at night.

Yes, absolutely. He's been played for a fool. Worst thing he did was state that he wanted a socialist state, as it makes him into a political animal that is obviously disillusioned with the labour (socialist? ha!) government.
He walked straight into the trap. Took the bait hook, line, sinker, rod, fisherman and waders
. Stupid thing is that back in November time, Andrew Marr on the Beeb said that the government was probably looking to make it a political battle with him in order to dismiss him. And look what they did! (He ought to watch the news then? )

The Government should ratify the deal that was reached & agreed by both parties in November.
We have 'modernised' the NHS, the Ambulance Service, the Police Force, the Public Transport Network & the Education System. Are we really sure that a modernised Fire Brigade is what we want or need?

But this government is 'always' wrong about 'everything', ie asylum, petrol, pensions, schools, higher education, transport, the national health, blah, blah etc etc, sooooo if they say or do something then its reasoning is reversed, ie 'your' wrong lol
