Was good fun again, but I had impossible lag at times (could shoot someone at zero range with the rocket launcher or flak cannon, and it would sail straight through them!). Got a few disconnections, and eventually couldn't reconnect.

Won't stop me back for mode next week though

It was a bit laggy again at times, even though our pings were around 20 to 30ms.

How many people's DM tatics are...

1) Grab the Skull
2) Find lots of players in a nice big room
3) Die as quick as possible
4) Get lots of frags by taking everyone else with you

I managed a Ultra-Monster Kill thingy early on with a tatical death

We were most disappointed we changed to Domination just as Overlord was starting. We noticed Assault came on as we were stuffing out faces with Pizza.

I had a frustrating hour, PC locked up once and then my Unreal Connection kept dropping. Internet connection was fine (Lee's Dodgy Dialup service but connection to server kept dieing. Lag was fairly bad. Probably the only time I've noticed it to be honest.

Then a mate rang, and I couldn't get him off the phone, then a neigbour popped round and I never made it back. Honestly don't these people know that Wednesday evenings are for sitting in front of a PC shooting people

I'm about to order HomeHighway (more for work use than games I hasten to add - well thats what I told the missus.) Lee - Not considering a surftime package are you ??

Still in two minds as whether to go Surftime or just take the max call allowance and stay with a choice of ISPs (and 128k!). Any thoughts anyone ?

Agree with John about the lag.

Seemed better when there were only 6-8 people on, but after that became very laggy, my stats said it was about the same, but just wasnt playable at times

I think UT remembers the password for the server. As far as I remember I've only had to give it once - and then had to redo it after I installed UT on new PC.

Goddamn - I wondered why when I died it sometimes said I had killed several people - now I realise it was the Skull relic!!

Is there a list of what each relic actually does as I did'nt know the skull relic did this? Did everyone else or am I just mega thick and out of touch?
