Well i thought he'd been found guilty some time ago, so its not as if the program will be at a time when the jury will see it. Or predudice anybody against him. Not that he needs any help there!
But...
As its an ITV production it will probably be too sensationalist. and I wonder if they asked the relatives first

I agree with shark, that they should not show it.
Let all of the facts be revealed before we have a media biased program about it!
