I failed the parcelforce test
Well I failed that one miserably
Even after the episode I called their customer services, and the woman on the other end was unable to help me with the answers to the test either......
Happily I do now have my parcel.
Below is the so called test, any advice on how to pass it would be greatly appreciated

The reason Parcelforce couldn't do anything when you rang them is it will be Zoom24's system! This is the problem when things are sent using a third party courier unfortunately! And the end carrier (in this case Parcelforce) get the flack for a bad service when really it isn't their fault!

Bit like the others, you call up the number select the option and the next day you still get a card even though you have selected it to be delivered a few days later using the automated system, so you do it again next day and again get a card....
I don't think any one listens to those systems.

Yodel posted on their site that they had tried to deliver my parcel at 16:32 but I wasn't home so they carded me. Thing is, it was being delivered to a secure site with 24 hour manned security.
I asked security to grab the driver the next day but he wouldn't wait to speak to me, told the security guy that it was because they don't deliver to businesses after 9pm .. 4.32 .. 9pm .. ok.. so I complained, they said the driver would be interviewed .. still not heard back.

When I was a driver I used to take the surname of any security/receptionist that refused to take something for another employee/department. They soon **** themselves when they realise they'd be in the firing line and signed for it instead. Perhaps your driver needs a little more training, or as I suspect is self employed and therefore will not get paid for carding a parcel and would much rather deliver it. I'd imagine he got the hump with your security for not signing for it.
