Default Canon EOS 1000d + 2 lenses

Due to upgrading, I have for sale a Canon EOS 1000d camera in full working order, complete with:

Camera body (1000d)
Canon camera strap
Standard 18-55mm lens (non-IS)
75-300mm zoom lens (non-IS)
4GB memory card
2 x batterys and charger
1 x remote control (with extended lead)
Original box
All required leads
1 x CD to load onto PC
1 x soft case
1 x idiots guide to DSLR cameras

The camera is in good condition but does have a scratch across the LCD screen.

This camera taught me many things about using a DSLR and eventually I produced some photos I was quite proud of (please see below).

Price is £280 ovno, which includes either collection from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, or sent 1st class recorded post.

Nice one,

Cliff

If you don't manage to sell it as a job lot, I would be interested in the 75-300 lens.

Some bloody good pictures there.

Think you need to have an eye for a shot as well as the equipment, lots of time and practice needed

Time, devotion, reading, learning and lots of practice, but most importanly you need a tripod and a remote control

Thanks my friend I knew nothing just over a year ago and have learnt by failing. I still fail, but I also manage to produce some good pictures every now and then
My top tip (as a complete novice) would be: take 10-20 pictures of the same subject, you should hopefully get one decent picture that way

This was perfect for that, in fact, the guy who bought this got it for the same reason, his daughter wanting to get into photography and for school etc.

I can't speak for other makes and models, but the 1000d is a good camera to learn with and not too expensive to worry about being taken to school. There are plenty on ebay
