Video of ZEN Impreza at Silverstone
This in car-video shows a selection of 59 second laps of the Silverstone National circuit in our Bioethanol-powered Time Attack Impreza. Shortly after the video equipment was removed, Matt Allison drove the car to a 58.880s lap time (faster than we ran last year and faster than last year's winning time), good enough for second place.
The aborted lap the video ends on, looked quick until Matt noticed the camera battery working adrift...
You might notice that Matt is changing gear very early, this is because we were suffering with horrendous clutch slip! It also meant that in order to get a clean lap, we had to turn the boost right down and so we only had about 610bhp available, as opposed to over 700hp

looks fast to me, nice work guys good to see subarus back up at the top. do the subarus work better around Silverstone or have you and olly found more speed from your cars?

Absolutly love this car, have to say i was a massive olly/roger clarck fan but i am now zen all the way. Just love how it looks and performs on track. Also very glad to see the scoobys back on top. Well done duncan as well ( deserved 1st in my opinion mate )
