My latest Dub runaround...

Sold the 306 HDi estate the other week, put some money back into the Orion zetec turbo fund account... And bought this N reg Golf GTi 2 litre 8V colour concept to run around in...
I've put abit of effort into cleaning it up and sorting a few niggley problems out... But its starting to come good... 8)
Serviced it... Lowered it with 60mm Pi springs and 2nd hand uprated dampers,and fitted the 16 inch Merc wheels...

Might go lower with the 60mm springs yet... :!:

I know its not a Scooby... But I got it cheap to run me about over winter while I finish off the Orion...

You eva love them or hate them... I bought the car standard, the standard GTi wheel tires were all illegal, 2 were showing wire

Good for a runaround

but your going to have to keep your shades on looking at the yellow leather it could be a bit bright inside

I've had a few cars... wouldn't say loads... probabley 12 different road legal cars ... I'm 26, passed when I was 17... Dont think thats too bad...
Ermmmmmmmmm, the Orion is just sat waiting for paint... Shouldn't be too long now...

Cheers for the positive comments... Yellow aint a colour I'd normally go for... But this come up at the right price... I've put abit of work into it over the last 2 weeks and it looks a totally different car...
