My private plates are going on saturday 
And its going to be at all the shows anywayz like my other car so i gave up trying to hide its plates. lol

Thats a good question. I think you can type in the plates to a certain online search engine and it brings up who its registered to and where they live..
Like a police database!

A stolen car of identical year and colour might be wearing false plates, it could be your No. they use

I thought only police and DVLA have direct access to that, and that councils etc have to go via them?

I didnt go under my usual user name, because last time last year when i tried to come on and talk to you all. You all laughed at me for my age and my saxo and then for some reason i was banned by the moderator team! LOL... NICE.

I have been going through dozens of photo databases of scooby owner days out. Really hard to find one in silver and even harder in WHITE!

people cover up their plates online to stop somebody 'cloning' their cars.
People could easily take your reg down and wait for you to sell something in the 'for sale' section and they will have all the details they need....name, address and reg.
That way if the plods were to stop the cloned car they would have all the relevant details.
