Legal font, spacing and size. Although it was a little illegal as it was a sticker number plate!

Cheers guys.

I do like your idea Christian. I was thinking about that but i have the p1 bumper and p1 lip (so bonded on). SO i would need a new lip and bumper. doh

And if i put it over the p1 lip, it ruins the effect of the p1 front.

So many choices. doh!

Sorry SpecialX but this is totally WRONG!!

Details are on teh link below :-

http://www.dvla.gov.uk/vehicles/regm...nts.htm#import

What I did on one of my old cars was got a blank blate from a motor factors and played about with all the different positions that I could mount the plate.

HMMM IanW

Certain imported vehicles may be permitted to display number plates with smaller characters if:

The vehicle's construction/design cannot accomodate standard size number plates

Thats my scoob then!!

SpecialX,

The vehicle's construction/design cannot accomodate standard size number plates
But the Japanese Subaru's have the same bumper as the UK cars, so your car *CAN* accomodate standard size number plates!

I'm not saying you shouldn't have a smaller number plate, but rather not give incorrect interuptation of the law!
