It's probably had it's bandwidth limit exceeded by all the peeps on here using it as leechspace
Bandwidth costs money.
It would be sooooooo much easier if everyone used their ISP-provided free webspace

I say this every time a comment like this comes up but why don't people use web hosts like angelfire and geocities etc

I forgot the img tags, but why dont you right click and properties you will see that it is hosted by angelfire.
anyway I was only trying to help people I don't want to get into a petty arguement

Hiya --
It's Joel from Fotopic here - we had to limit the number of image links served daily from Scoobynet to Fotopic images quite simply because it was pulling about 12GB of bandwidth a day just from the Scoobynet site! Scooby wasn't the only site we had to do this to so we're not singling any one site out, but it was either that or I'd have to personally fork out another few hundred quid a month to keep it up
There's some more explanation about this at:

As I keep saying though, if you are on a UK ISP, 90% of you will have free webspace that YOU control that you can upload to.
FTP uploading is very easy, and has been explained many times before...

Just to clarify - that's 12 gigaBYTES not gigabits! I think that Scoobynet accounted for about 2M hits in July, too, somewhere around that figure anyway.
I'd always recommend using ISP-provided webspace for direct linking if you don't want the gallery aspect that we provide (which is, after all, our core business ).
Cheers for understanding folks,
jx
