it should be back from the bodyshop in the next day or so, i can't wait!



convinced i've choosen the right colour now after seeing it on the car.

nope but it does look similar under dull light. its actually a blue/purple pearlescent.

i was hoping to pick it up today but it wasn't quite ready
i went and saw it though and the colour looks amazing, can't wait to get it polished up and out in the sunshine!

the wheels are 18" arospeed rs-gt's, only had them on the car for a couple of days before i dropped it off at the bodyshop.

this what it looked like before it went in

So its a full colour change then? Nice.

Is it a pukka job...engine bay/boot/floor etc?

yeah its a full respray, i'm good friends with the guy who owns the bodyshop so i got a good deal.

i was really disappointed not to get it back today but after seeing the quality of the work i know it's worth waiting a couple more days to get it finished properly.

yeah i putting the v4 spoiler back on. i couldn't decide which spoiler to go for so i'll keep that until i make my mind up.

you new colour im sure will look mint in the sunlight. Great choice in wheel i must say



I had to have a set from the first time i saw them. Not the biggest set of 18's, but definately the best.

I'm thinking about getting the same wheel in 19" for my Sti 8, i'm just a bit worried about the caliper clearance

i did wondered about the clearance of my brembos when i saw it yesterday. hopefully they should be ok, i'll let you know when i've fitted them (or not!). fingers crossed ay!

Question

btw - the late shape rear bumper i've got doesn't have the same bracket for mounting the number plate lights. does anyone know how they mount on, is there another bracket i need to get?

midnight racer, what finish is on your rims?? is it the hyperblack???? i'm looking at getting the new arospeed Velocity wheel on my dbm scoob. not sure whether to go for the silver or hyper black

yeah they're hyper black, i think they look really good against dark paintwork.

edited to say they are 7.5 x 18" with 215/35ZR18 Falken 451's.
