Spent the weekend fitting my Defis gauges and generally tarting my car up

Don't they look lovely

Had my PIAA cover flattened off and repainted.

Hmm nice, and my new Intercooler cover and strut brace

And my new back lights

Oh and someone wanted a picture of the Pro-drive sticker

Got a lovely waterspray kit on the way to fit this weekend

Cheers Phill C

Very nice Phil. With all those guages and stereo controls, do you still have time to glance at the road ahead every now and then???

Lol, I do look at the road now and again

I got the lenses second hand from off Scoobynet, I paid £160 for them. They are normally selling for £280 and I wasn't prepared to pay that much for them. There was a guy selling geniune Subaru ones for £220, I read it in the lighting section, still a lot of money Oh and I haven't sorted a fog light out yet, so in fairness they are illegal

Cheers Phill C

PS thanks for the complements

Thanks for the replies chaps

I got the Defi's from Scoobymania (with the group buy) and paid just short of £600 but they are well worth it IMHO. This included all the pods and accessories

Babber, what did you use to fit the housing to the a pillar? I tried loads and it all looked crap! Using velcro atm and need a better fix for it!

I used the sticky pads that came with the Defi's, and that appears to work I held the center pod in with silicon, and once dry holds like **** to a blanket, but can also be removed in future

Nice car Phill, reckon you should get the bloke who sold it to you a couple of pints for parting with such a lovely example

Phil,

I noticed you've stuck the Defi control in the ashtray. Did you remove the metal bracket for the ashtray or did the Defi fit by just removing the ashtray itself?

I want to fit an MP3 control there, but can't find a way of remove all the runners for the ashtray

Cheers Phil,

Had a go last night and found I needed to remove the centre console trim and the dash trim to get at the last screw holding the ashtray runners.

I've now got my shiny new MP3 player in-place
