SIMULA? As in "simulated"?
Or "Similar", as in nearly the same?

First off, remove the wiring from the rear wiper motor, it's fed from a relay, see if it still does it. And while you are under there, have a look at the wiring.......any chafes, cuts, splits, obvious shorts?
If not, and it's still doing it, remove the motor, (NOT difficult, two or three bolts under the boot lid rearparcel shelf area, and the large nut on the motor shaft as it passes through the rear screen), keep all spacers etc in the correct order for replacement.

Now use a multi-meter to check out the motor.

If it's gone, they come up on ebay at about £20.

Edited to say: just thought, is it possible someone has removed the rear wiper wiring connector and replaced it wrong way round? SHOULDN'T be, but.....

Cable split possible, yes.
Is it a wagon or a saloon? If it's the latter, less likely.

It's a my98 uk wagon turbo 2000 I got panel off I pulled and the rubber thing top left corner which is the water feed and that's been crushed flat and split so I'm going to need to get a joiner for that from where I dnt know

I went to do the other side but didn't want to cause anymore damage if the motor is shot can that be causing the sort to blow the fuse

Any parts from breakers, or ask on here, plenty of cars being broken.

Small parts like rubber seals aren't that expensive brand new from Stealers.

Sounds right. Do you know anyone with a multimeter?

You need to put a multimeter across the motor terminals, check there is a resistance, then across each terminal and the motor body, check again. There should be a medium to low resistance across the terminals, and a VERY high, or infinite one across the terminals and the body

Ok il have to get another one so shall I hang fire on the new motor I'm getting from a breaker or just go ahead and get it?

And when you say across the motor terminals do I unplug the feed of do it while is connected ?

And when you mean motor body put the neutral to the wiper motor body or an earth bit confused on that bit

Thanks. For your reply weslee

Sorry, yes, disconnect motor BEFORE putting meter across terminals, or you'll get spurious results from the car wiring.

And the other is one meter lead on one terminal, other to motor body, then swap to other terminal and motor body.

If you can do that, it MIGHT tell you if you want a new motor or not....but it DOES sound like it.
