Default UK300 LIGHTS ON A STANDARD WRX, HELP!!!!

hi all just got hold of a set of uk300 lights for my standard 2002 wrx, does anyone know what ill need to get the lights to fit as ive noticed the wiring seems different, hoping some of you guys may have done the same thing as me? thanks in advance people

anyone got any ideas? ive heard the uk300 lights are designed for wrx wiring rather than sti but im not really clued up on the wiring side of things, if it aint plug n play thats me stumped!!!!!

There WAS a guy on here made up custom looms to fit those, plus the STi ones etc to WRX's.

I'm sure someone will remember who.

anyone at all with any idea? its breaking my heart looking at them just sat on the kitchen top!!!!!!

I was aware they were pretty much "plug and play" on all models escept STI's...

ive been told its to do with the standard wrx using one bulb for main and dipped lights whereas all other lights have seperate bulbs

just took my car and lights round to a friend and i think he's sussed it for me, i was looking at it wrong (dopey bugger) lol

UK300 lights are only for a Bugeye mate,

They have female H4 connectors as standard unless they have been buggered about with.. So they are plug and play.

My Bro has a UK300, I have a Prodrive STi..

The loom for STi lights is totally different, you can adapt it to suit UK300 style lights, but it requires a bit of auto-electrical knowledge.. (nothing major).

What car have you got, and what lights are you wanting to fit ?

bugeye got sti lights tu fit advise appreciated thanx should have bought a sti but never had a subaru before

lights themselver r plug n play but the light level wasnt, had to fiddle about but there on n im chuffed to say the least
