Question Bulb for heated rear window switch

Anyone know what sort of bulb it is, before I strip it down to see? It's the one that illuminates the HRW graphic, rather than the one that lights orange when it's on.

It's a small bulb with wire ends. Some are available from agents and can be changed. Some are not meant to be replaced but you can prise open the switch and remove them. Maplins sell replacements.
I'm not sure off hand which switches have replaceable bulbs.

Cheers mate, I'll take it apart when the weather warms up a bit. I think I can find it in the dark, for the time being, after 7 and a half years

Just done my heater switch today . BT43W bulbs from Maplins Took me 2 minutes to remove the switch and approx 5 minutes to change the bulb. Well empressed.

Scooby Towers instructions are perfect. http://www.ladsoc.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1555.

Thanks for that link, Mark. I could see how to get mine out, as I had the Defis and control box out a couple of weeks ago when they stopped working, (earth wire came disconnected, ), but the bit about stripping/rebuilding the switch, and the bulb part number is very useful.
