The Defi's seem to be the popular choice - I have some on order from New Age Motorsport....
The HKS ones are also very nice but are £££!!!!

Guys I too like the look of the Defi's -having seen some at Powerstation today.
What sort of delivery time are you getting at New Age? - are you getting the 3 pod, if so have you seen in the flesh?, it seems to look like the Nitosport one for the WRX, i.e. not straight at the top, not sure how it will look with all the straight lines on the dash, any and all comments welcome!
Looks like I'll see you in October Matt.

Anybody fitted their own Defi's yet? I'm getting tempted to have a bash at it myself....
Dave, have you fitted your gauges yet or are you gonna do it when you get back from your hols....
Chiark, if I *do* do it myself, if there are any Defi specific tips I find out, I'll let you know....mind you, Craig has already fitted his so he *may* already be in possession of this info...
Matt, yup, see you @ PS in October (I'm planning on going there sooner for some suspension mods though... )

Barge,
I got my defi gauges this week and I'm
looking at getting them fitted this week.
They do look really good but will comment
further when they are working.
The 3 gauge pod has arrived and it looks ok.
It is finished in a rough black matt finish
and is made out of re-inforced fibre glass.
There doesn't appear to be any obvious way
of attaching it to the dash expect either
to stick it with glue/double siding tape or
to drill the flanges and try to screw it in
Any one got any ideas on how they intend to
do it???
Also has anyone colour coded it - if so, to
what colour - i was wondering about getting
it sprayed silver to match the car but then
it may look odd if i don't get the rest of
the trim sprayed up (air vent surrounds etc).
The pod price seems expensive for what it is
but when considering the defi gauges set
as a whole it isn't bad value.
The curved top looks alot better than the
straight topped ones IMHO.
Tried fitting the gauges into the holes in
the pod yesterday and they wouldnt fit
becauce the lower curved flange was in the
way so will have to do some trimming which
is a bit dissapointing really!!!
Cheers
