Angry Keith micheals

Oh well thats the end of the subaru.

Keith micheals sent me a letter this morning saying there cancelling my insurance. aint got a clue why as all my paperwork has been returned as well as payments being upto scratch so thats given me a downer for the day then also recieved a redundency letter as well so lost the scooby n my job all today.

thank to keith micheals not even a phone call to request any info

We don't just cancel a policy for the sake of it.

A cancellation letter would only be sent after 3-4 other letters have been sent requesting something.... i'd hazard a guess it'd be paperwork (ie proposal form, copy of licence, NCB proof)

If you have ignored previous letter we have no alternative than to send a cancellation letter, just like any other company would do.

In all respect, you say we should have rung you, but it'd appear you've been ignoring the chase letters, so it's not really down to us to chase you up with phonecalls.

to be fair Moley, i had to ring you to get my renewal 2 days before the policy ended as no paperwork or letters had been received from KM. All in all though i have had good service upto now ... and when i buy a new motor to replace my scooby i will be giving KM a call
