Be very wary of Privilege!
Hi all,
just a warning to say the quotes may be good but I have never dealt with such an incompetent company ever.The information given to you re tracker & alarm requirements seem to vary wildly depending on the operator in question.
Basically they did not inform me of the need for a tracker on my Type R until I was sitting in RAF's front room having just bought it!
Rest assured I am reporting them to the ABI .

Just found out the authority for Insurance complaints is the Financial Ombudsman Service 0845 080 1800 or www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk

Good luck with the Financial Ombudsman. I used them and they were a waste of space. They've got sod all power, you may as well tell your problems to the wall. Well, that was my experience anyway, let us know if you get anywhere.
