just recently my 10 disc player in the boot keeps jumping all over on small bumps but not larger or speed bumps the unit is 3 years old and has give me no problems up until now.the anti vibration mechanism in it seems a little stiff but not sure if they are normally like this, has anyone else had this problem or do you maybe think it might just need the cd laser cleaning? any help would be great.

IVE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM TO A I HAVE A 10 DISC AND A SINGLE IN THE FRONT BUT THE JUMPING AS NOW STOPED ME USING IT CANT HELP HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS SOME TIMES BECAUSE HOW IT HAS BEEN FITTED IN THE PAST

just been told the laser/lense may need cleaning or the carriage may be needing re-set and its not too much of an expensive job at around 30 quid.I will keep you posted
