I think what our Bulgarian friend is saying is that he has fitted a Greddy vent-to-air dump valve (VTA DV) and now his car doesn't run properly.

His friend has said that this might be because it has vented metered air and upset the fuelling.

It is the general view that VTA DV's are not the best of things to fit, but I don't think they generally cause extremely poor running, as the OP has suggested...unless it is faulty and/or badly fitted and/or badly adjusted.

Have you only just fitted it? If so, and the problems have just started, then you have your answer - remove it and replace with the original recirculating type). If it has previously run OK then it could be stuck open, or maybe a pipe has come off.

Perhaps you can try and explain what the nature of the poor running is, and when it started?

At least we can now read an English version of the op. Maybe the car just needs a remap (as you like the DTA), but as JTinnovations has put, try checking for loose or poorly fitted pipes/parts.

two options, my friend:
1. keep the Greddy if you like it, but accept poor running and possible problems later, maybe even sooner

2. Go back to a recirculating dumpvalve, which is what the car was designed for.

Your Greddy gives no performance gain, just a silly noise.

I actually i dont have a problem. I bought the car from UK in this condition i dnot make anything. One my friend told me that the Blow off suck my car. I dont know how to explain you.

Yes i know that the greddy dont gives me performance gain but i like the noise. And i want the best for my car but I dont have the recirculating dumpvalve....
My question actually is how I can hold the Blow off and make the best for my car with it?
Or its now option except i remove it?

Hi there

Personally I would have look on the RomRaider forum and start from this, you will need few things to start the DIY mapping like Wideband, det cans and few other essentials(Tactrix OpenPORT cable etc.)

Jeff nearest EcuTek dealer is in the Croatia.EcuTek price in EU cost from 700EUR(for comparison in Czech/Slovakia EcuTek cost around 700EUR)

Open source with all those tools will be cheaper on longer run and Romraider is good forum to start and there is lots of helpful people, which will help him to start from scratch

Recommendation is read and read everything about the mapping like on Romraider,Nasioc and other websites and ask people on that

All well and good but:
1. the OP doesn't seem to listen to much advice, ( "I like the noise of the d/v"), and,
2. if he just "has a go" and it goes pop, will YOU pay for the rebuild?
