Default ALS on road car

If I enable ALS, is there any other mods required like blank off the BOV ? if this is required, can this be achieved using additional sol ?

Also if using the 1st stage ALS , then will it give the car an advantage on twisty B roads ?

Take it you have an aftermarket ecu? i have it on my simtek, dont use it as dont make any difference, my car is very well set up and i have no lag too start with, all it does is shorten the life of the turbo and crack manifolds so best to be sure you really want it.

I can keep the turbo spooling a little with some over run, but for up and down the box I wanted to see if it will make it instant.

my 93 wrx has a 8.5:1 comp 2.5 and billet 20G, yes I have a simtek the ALS is enabled already.

Mild anti lag doesn't work! Fun to play with a few times but that's it!

Anti lag only really works properly if you have a jacked open throttle. When you close the throttle butterfly you stop the flow through the engine/exhaust/turbo. It may pop and bang but won't do much else.

It does also affect braking slightly.
