Default DV advice

Right I'm going to be installing a engine tuner S215 on my project build, currently I have a TIAL BOV and am wondering whether to use this while making up the pipe work or go DV delete and will the turbo be ok doing so.

Thanks in advance

Hi Ryan

I assume S215 is based on the Garrett Ball Bearing core and usually Garrett cores are OK for running DVless like TD(Turbo Dynamics),SC(ScoobyClinic) or MD(Lateral Performance)

Ryan what I know Turbo Dynamics turbo(MD,LM,S2xx) can be run DVless/DV delete without the problems.

About the VF34 is ball bearing too,but is different to the Garrett core and from what I know on the older VF range(VF2x) is bad idea to run DVless/DV delete

Many people running VF30/35 or VF4x DVless or DV delete without the problem.
