Question how can i turn my scooby over without it starting up?

I own a 1997 subaru catalunya, its been sat on my drive for 12 months.

I dont want to just start the car because i think all the oil is just sat at the bottom of the engine,

how can i turn the car over without it starting up?I hear i need to turn it over untill the oil light goes out?

anybody know how i can do this, im not a mechanic so i would appreachate it if somebody could hold my hand and give me

some nice easy info on how to do this please.

some cars will not start if the accelerator peddle is pressed all the way to floor, much easier than disconnecting the crank sensor but I'm unsure whether the 97 operates like this.

just run a wire from the positive on the starter motor to the battery.crank all you want, just make sure the keys are in your pocket and car is in neutral.

You need to connect it to the solenoid wire so it pushes the cog into the ring gear and then connects the starter motor to the battery thus turning the engine.
