OMG what a day,,,,
Well i thought i would buy some of these,.
subaru lower arm poly bushes,,
well the rear bush came off no probs and i had this tricky little blighter to deal with,
I needed to remove the rubber from the center so i could insert the new poly bush,
this is where the fun started, the hammer didnt work, i set up a home made press made from a jack some bricks and a scaff tube, epic fail nearly lost 4 fingers and a toe, by this time the stress was kicking in so i tossed it on one of these
loads of black smoke and the wife went barmy as the washing was on the line
off it came slightly under cooked,
i had no option but to get my power tools out and abuse it, after a harsh driling and some jig sawing and some hefty blows with the bolster the little shyte gave in and i won
one down one to go
