Default P15 turbine housing advice

Have recently removed the turbo from my car to do abit of porting and check the condition. After carefully removing the exhaust turbine housing and inspecting I've found quite a lot of cracks which is apparently a common problem with these turbos. It's cracked where the exhaust port flows up to the compressor wheel, right across the compressor wheel port and around the wastegate port. Funny thing is though when it was on the road running 1.3-1.5 bar it seemed to work fine but no chance I'm putting it back on after seeing that!

So my question is where can I buy a new p15 turbine housing? I've emailed a few companies and awaiting replies. I've seen on eBay Kinugawa Turbo,Japan are selling p18 housings but after a few days research this might not be a good move.
If not maybe a replacement turbo is in order before its next remap? But that's money that would be well spent elsewhere at this moment and time.

Any advice much appreciated, cheers

Sorry think you miss understood. Don't have any problems with kinugawa but they can only supply a p18 housing which ive researched to increase lag on a vf35 and they cannot supply a p15 which I require.

does anybody know anywhere that may supply p15 housings as im running out of ideas now.

Would a p18 housing physically fit the 35? this seems like the only vf series hosing i ncan get hold of new. i've read loads of different threads on different forums and some say it doesn't fit, others say they've done it and that it bassically makes the 35 into a vf30.

Any advice or help will be greatly appricated.
Cheers,
Luke

There are two types of P18 exhaust housings. The ball bearing version from the VF34, and the journal bearing version from the VF30.

You need journal bearing version.
