What is the bottom end and TMIC on a 2003/04 rated upto?

TMIC will struggle with 400. the bottom end i wouldn't be so sure on either. the oem rods and pistons are not known for their their strength and at 400hp you are asking the engine to run nearly an extra 50% power. subaru design the engines with a bit of tolerance but not 50%. plus at these sorts of power
1. it gets expensive
2. other things start to break.
so you pays your money, you take your chances. BUT you have to ask yourself have I got a spare £3k for a new forged rebuild.

I've got a forged engine in my 97 classic, was just wanting to check the rating so as to know if I should keep or sell... I am planning on exceeding 400 (hopefully)
