Default How much gear/diff oil??

Am I correct in saying I will need;;
3.5 litres of gear oil
1 litre of diff oil.
For a service on a 2006 STI.

Also I am looking at this stuff;;
Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil (now Fuchs Titan Race Syn 5 75w-90)

Is this used in the diffs as well

I have Fuchs 90 in the diff
and the Fuchs/Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil in the Gearbox

All Silkolene car products were renamed Fuchs Titan Race, but all of the oils remained the same. The only thing I can say against the Syn 5 is that it doesn't like DCCD boxes so if you have that, go for the Motul Gear 300 or Millers CRX 75w-90 NT.
