Default After market guages...so what should they read?

Okey dokey, ive recently got 6 guages(gonna be fitted shortly),but was just wondering.....its all very well having the 'worry guage' telling you the figures but it would be nice to know what the correct figures are....the 6 are as follows....................
1.oil temp...have been told 83 c is perfect?
2.volts.......this ones obvious...12 v + is good
3.water temp.......70-90c ? my guess?
4.air/fuel ratio...god knows??????????????
5.boost.....set by jgm so no worries
6.oil pressure...again...god knows?????????
Thanking you please......

1. Yes, but expect it to rise after/during spirited driving.
2. Up to 14.6 V when charging, ie with a load on and engine running.
3. Yes.
4. Me neither
5. Depends on car, mine would go to 1.35 bar. Will go more once I get it back
6. Cold: 6-7 bar. Hot 4-6 bar. Tickover: 3 bar.

Cheers for your input chap.....
My biggest concern is oil temp.
Anger run his car for 6 odd years with no probs with the oil cooler i got off him.
But his new beast was running 60c when we went out on the 'run in' 500mile session the other night...wiv a oil rad.
I got told on the ra forum that 83c is ideal oil temp
cj,says 70c then boot it.....hear so many different verdics!

It's BEEN mapped with the new turbo, or is awaiting mapping?

If it's the latter, DO NOT boot it until it's been mapped, you risk BIG damage

If it's the former, ask your mapper.
