Default What spark plugs for EJ205?

Hi guys

What spark plugs are good for GC8 Turbo with EJ205 engine running standard boost levels?

Is it the NGK PFR6B or PFR6G?

Thanks

I have a pretty much standard v4 sti. My mechanic builds 700bhp monsters. He has previously said standeard uk or wrx are ok on 6's but for mine and any more you really want 7's for better running.

Sorry mate i'm not a tech but i've always thought about getting the best for your pride and joy.

PFR7's can absorb more combustion heat without breaking up and therefore still perform at higher temps than 6s. This helps with preventing possible det scenarios. So are worthwhile even in a std engine, because they're not so 'cold' so as to bugger up low speed fuelling/cranking, IMO.

Go for the 7s - a ubiquitous mod.

Would you advice to change plug more often on a "quartermile" WRX?
My car is often sitting in the garage for some weeks and then only driven to be mapped or on the track...
