Are all your vacum/boost pipes on properly? When my FMIC pipe came off i had a similar problem. Is the car stalling?

Also what year, model & spec is the car?

When did the problem start occuring? Did it happen after you came off boost?

yeh cylinder , its easy providin u can get a tester kit, remove spark splugs, screw tester into 1st chamber, food flat on accelerator and turn over engine, take reading, they shiuld all be simular. also check all ur breathers, make sure they are ok, and also check oil, see if its using any, check water tank for any oil. do all simple checks first. clean iacv.

will show rings, is the car trying to over heat at all. most garages will check ur compression, save u money buying a kit, that u may use once. are u using water or oil at all, is the top radiator hose solid when warm or still squeezeable

when warm the hose becomes harder to squeeze but not totaly solid.dont seem to be loosing any oil or water
checked all hoses etc and one of the fmic tubes had come loose going to double clip it.
just noticed a faint rattle more like a ticking when you gentle blip the throttle it speeds up with it and its not going away when cars warm either.sounds coming from turbo corner.

but on here its hard 2 diagnose things, so remember its just advice, u cud fit boost pipe and it will be fine, when my boost pipe came of it wudnt even run. pipe looked on, but not clamped. refitted and run fine

Isit like a ringing noise/whining noise? Possibly could be that the shaft on the turbo has play. Which turbo do you have?

its a tdo5 i think. its got the 90 degree upturn on it
its not a ringing/whining ,sounds like a tapping kind of noise its there on idel and speeds up when you gentley blip throttle then a split second it disapears and its back.
