Default Tdo6 20 g

I have a big 16 g tdo5 fitted to my car. Is it hard to convert that to a 20 g. I'm after 400 bhp. Currently getting 350 at the minute.

ive fitted a td06, 20g.. the oil and water pipes will need to be replaced or modified to make fit... and you will possibly need to cut into the turbo vacuum pipe to the actuator.. depends on your td06

I'm after converting the tdo5 to a tdo6 20 g. Is it just a compressor housing swap. Or does the wheel need changing as well. How much does it cost to convert?

A true 20g requires the 16g's compressor housing exchanged for the larger 20g one - not just the 20g comp wheel.

Also because you want an 06 (instead of your 05), this means the exhaust side needs to be bigger, but don't know if that means turbine wheel... or housing.... or indeed both!

But prob less hassle to chop your 05 16g in for one of Andy F's 05 20g for £550 +VAT (or a genuine AF 2nd hand one on here). Even then, you'll have to map it on V-Power + meth/E85 to be CERTAIN of getting to 400...

Think I will phone Paul at zen. See what he suggests. See if I can get a price for a drive in drive package. I know I need bigger injectors, remap and front mount.
